20.000 sq.m
TORRE SUDA - SALENTO - PUGLIA
Set in the enchanting landscape of Marina di Torre Suda, in the municipality of Racale, just 900 meters from the sea, we offer for sale a resort currently in a raw, unfinished state. An approved project is in place for the construction of a 132-room resort, fully equipped with all amenities: restaurant, bar, reception area, conference center, adult and children's swimming pools, wellness area, sports courts, and dedicated entertainment spaces.
The resort is located on a plot of approx. 20.000 sqm, on flat terrain that is easily accessible and in close proximity to the main roadways of the Salento region.
The property has never been operated, providing investors with a blank canvas to immediately define the brand identity, interior finishes, and market positioning. The project is customizable, with spaces already designed in accordance with energy efficiency criteria and current building regulations.
Salento, particularly the province of Lecce, continues to see steady growth in tourism, both domestic and international, making it a top destination for those seeking authenticity, nature, and high-quality hospitality. Within this context, the property has the potential to be positioned in the upper-mid range of the regional hospitality market, offering strong development and profitability prospects.
With rising tourist demand and a natural setting of rare beauty, this property is ideal for those looking to enter or expand within the Apulian hospitality sector.
The location is also one of the key strengths of this investment: just 1 km from the sea, 8.5 km from the SS274 highway (linking Lecce to Santa Maria di Leuca), 90 km from Brindisi Airport, 15 km from Gallipoli and Baia Verde, famous for nightlife and golden beaches, and 20 km from the Marine of Ugento, known for their long sandy stretches and turquoise waters.
