PUGLIA - SALENTO - POGGIARDO
In the heart of Poggiardo, we offer for sale an ancient semi-detached house of about 70 square meters, with a small outdoor area.
The property is characterized by the typical star vaults and is preceded by a common courtyard that accompanies us to the first room, where there is an ancient fireplace. The room lends itself perfectly to becoming a kitchen or a small living room with kitchenette. Following, we find a second room, perfect to become a bedroom.
From the second room you access a small open space, a livable outdoor space of about 30 square meters, perfect for organizing lunches and dinners with friends.
From the open space you reach the third room, a further versatile space that completes the property.
In the basement we find a convenient cellar.
The property needs a renovation that can bring to light the characteristics of the property.
Poggiardo is approximately 7 km from Castro, 40 km from Lecce and 90 km from Brindisi Airport.
